Quality Ceremony Package

For couples who wish to have a simple & registry style marriage ceremony, or those who wish to marry overseas but want to have their marriage registered in Australia, and especially for the overseas visitors who wish to get married in this beautiful city of Sydney, I offer a quality ceremony package of $699.

A $200 is payable at the time of making / confirming the booking, and comprises the “For a Notice of Intended Marriage” fee. This amount is payable at the time of initial meetings and is not refundable.

What does this $699 fee include?

This fee covers the following:

• Completion and Lodgement of Notice of Intended Marriage Form (non-refundable) – sighting of original birth certificate, passport, photo ID card such as a driver licence and divorce papers or death certificate.
• The initial interview - face to face, 30 minutes to 1 hour to answer any questions you have about legal issues, complete & lodge in your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) form. If booking is confirmed then sculpting of the ceremony can begin.
• Inclusion of English, Chinese Mandarin and/or Cantonese language if requested.
• Travel costs in connection with solemnisation - if the distance of a return journey between the celebrant's home and the place of marriage does not exceed 60 km.
• All correspondence.
• Stationery and postage.
• The provision of the three certificates of marriage required (including the copy kept by the couple);
• Registering your marriage online for you.
• Form printing/completion, lodging of all required documents relating to the marriage.

Optional Services:

If you wish to have a beautiful and unique wedding totally tailored to your needs - with the full range from traditional to modern, with or without religious elements, indoors, outdoors, simple, elaborate, casual, elegant, whatever is right for you, you may choose the following optional services:

• Use of PA system - including a mobile wireless hand-held microphone, a corded handheld microphone, speaker & USB – this is highly recommended, as by law your legal vows must be heard clearly by all guests attending your ceremony – which costs $150.
• Writing your personalised marriage ceremony script, including how you met, what you appreciate about your partner, your common interests & shared goals etc, with as many drafts as necessary for the final script, which costs $100.
• A wedding rehearsal – this is highly recommended, and costs $100, at celebrant's home office or at your wedding venue with extra travelling charge of $15 per 5 km.
• Application for an Official Marriage Certificate online on behalf of you, so that you do not need to present your 3 identifications, which costs $50 administrative fee in additional to the certificate fee charged by the government. • Travel costs in connection with solemnisation - if the distance of a return journey between the celebrant's home and the place of marriage exceeds 60 km - $15 per additional 5 km; other charges as agreed.
• Provision of a signing table, 2 chairs, tablecloth, seat covers & simple table decoration at your ceremony, which costs $100. Parking fees extra if applicable.
• Provision of wedding ceremony venue at celebrant's home office with simple decoration, a signing table, 2 chairs, table cloth and seat covers and host up to maximum 8 guests – which costs $150.
• Assisting couple completing their NOIM form overseas – which costs $50.
• Transferring NOIM form out to another celebrant less than 6 months from the Date of Ceremony – which costs $50.
• Officiating a Chinese Wedding Tea Ceremony in English or/and Chinese languages – which costs from $50.
  Travel Expenses: From $50, applicable only if Tea Ceremony is not held at the same venue, straight before or after the Marriage Ceremony. Travel Distance: Within 20km return of my office.
  ^*Extra Travel Cost: $15 per additional 5 km.
• Phone calls on behalf of the clients (to venue, to participants, etc.) if required.
• Visit by celebrant to the venue (if required for checking before the wedding rehearsal).
• Ceremony held on Australian Public Holidays, Surcharge: $100.
• Ceremony held on between 7-9 am or 8-9 pm, Surcharge: $100.
